Account deletion

You can delete your Story Gym account at any time — in the app/site: Account → Danger zone → "Delete your account".

On deletion we permanently remove your profile data (name, email, date of birth), active passes, entry history and bound devices. Data we are legally required to keep (e.g. accounting records for payments) is retained for the statutory period.
