1. General
These Terms govern the relationship between ИВП ВЕНЧЪРС ЕООД, UIC 204104685 (the "Merchant", "we"), and users ("User", "you") regarding use of the client area at my.story-gym.org and the purchase of access to the Story Gym gym. By registering, the User accepts these Terms.
2. Merchant details
ИВП ВЕНЧЪРС ЕООД, UIC 204104685, registered address: България, гр. София (1379), р-н Възраждане, жк. Сердика, бл. 12А, ет. 11, ап. 33. Venue: Story Gym, ул. Панайот Волов №31, гр. Пазарджик. Contact: support@story-gym.org. Supervisory authorities: Consumer Protection Commission (CPC) and Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP).
3. Definitions
"Service" — provision of gym access via single workouts or memberships. "Access" — the right to enter, evidenced by a dynamic QR code. "Account" — the user profile in the client area.
4. Subject
The Merchant provides an online platform through which the User creates an account, purchases access and receives a QR code to enter the gym via a turnstile.
5. Registration and account
Registration requires accurate, current information. The User is responsible for the confidentiality of their password and for all activity via their account. The Service is intended for persons over 18 (or with parental/guardian consent per the venue's rules).
6. Formation of contract
A purchase contract is formed upon successfully confirmed payment. The User receives confirmation by email and/or in the client area.
7. Prices and payment
All prices are in BGN incl. VAT unless expressly stated otherwise. Payments are made by Visa, Mastercard or B-card debit/credit/business cards via DSK Bank's virtual POS, using Mastercard Identity Check and Visa Secure. The Merchant does not store bank card data.
8. Provision of the service
After successful payment, access is activated immediately in the account. Entry is via a dynamic QR code shown in the client area, scanned at the turnstile. A single workout is valid for one entry; a membership is valid per its term and conditions. Access is personal and non-transferable.
9. Right of withdrawal
Under the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act, the User has a 14-day right of withdrawal from distance contracts. The right does not apply to fully performed services, nor where performance began with the User's prior express consent and acknowledgement that the right is lost upon full performance (e.g. used access/workout).
10. Complaints and refunds
Complaints are submitted to support@story-gym.org. For justified complaints or exercised withdrawal, the amount paid is refunded to the card used, within statutory periods.
11. User obligations
The User agrees to follow the venue's rules and safety instructions, not to share their access with third parties, and not to use the platform for unlawful purposes.
12. Liability
The Merchant is not liable for damage arising from improper use of the facilities contrary to instructions, nor for temporary platform unavailability due to force majeure or maintenance.
13. Intellectual property
The trade name, logo and site content are protected and may not be used without consent.
14. Personal data
Processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy.
15. Changes to the Terms
The Merchant may update these Terms by publishing the new version at this address. Changes take effect upon publication.
16. Governing law and disputes
Bulgarian law applies. Disputes are resolved amicably or, failing that, by the competent Bulgarian court. Consumers may also use the EC online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
