Card payments

Online card payments via DSK Bank virtual POS

At Story Gym you buy gym access entirely online — fast, convenient and secure. Card payments are processed by DSK Bank's virtual POS. Card details are entered directly on the bank's secure page and never pass through our site.

Card payment terms

1. Payment by debit/credit card via a virtual POS from DSK Bank.
2. Accepted card types: Visa and Mastercard debit, credit and business cards, B-card.
3. Transactions are secured by the Mastercard Identity Check and Visa Secure programs.
4. We do not store any bank card data used for payment on the site.
5. If a refund of a card payment is required, the amount is returned to the card used for the payment.

Accepted cards

We accept Visa and Mastercard debit, credit and business cards, as well as B-card.

Payment security

Every transaction is protected by the 3-D Secure standard through the Mastercard Identity Check and Visa Secure programs. Payment is confirmed by your bank — e.g. with a one-time code (OTP) or via mobile banking — ensuring the card is used by its holder.

Card data protection

We do not collect, process or store bank card data. The card number, expiry date and security code (CVV/CVC) are entered only on DSK Bank's secure payment page, encrypted with SSL/TLS.

Currency and prices

All payments are made in Bulgarian lev (BGN), VAT included, unless expressly stated otherwise. The final amount is shown before you confirm the order.

Refunds

Where justified — a complaint or an exercised right of withdrawal — the amount paid is refunded to the same card used for the payment, within statutory periods. No cash refunds or refunds to a different card are made.
